Lost playlist

Hello there,
Today my phone ran out of battery which never happens. After I switched it on Spotify required my password which I usually never enter and as I couldn't remember it I asked to password to be reset. When I logged in again, I had no more playlists saved and I didn't have the premium account anymore. I entered my credit card details again thinking if I upgrade to premium again all my playlists will be available again but they are still all gone. So sad. I went into the Spotify website to recover my playlists but it says "no playlists to recover". Can anyone help me getting them back?!
