My Question or Issue

I can't accessy lyrics using the mobile app, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app but wasn't successful, went as far as factory wiping my device and still no lyrics

Can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

On another note, can you have someone with the lyrics feature log in on your device to see if the issue persists - such as a friend or a family member? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.
