Making playlist public

How do I make a playlist public? I’ve tried everything and it’s just not happening. It doesn’t even have an option to make it public when I push on the top right corner...

Your playlists start public unless you make them a secret. Have other people not been able to find your playlist? You can send the link of the playlist to anyone you want to join.
