Merch notification won't stop popping up on Premium

Spotify asked me to fill out a merchandise survey. It asked me questions like "Have you seen band merchandise recommendations?" I answered no, because honestly I don't really care for band merch. I thought I was doing Spotify a favor by giving my opinion, but now every time I go onto an artist's page, a white pop up dialog box says "Official (band's name) Merchandise". The first few times was fine, but now it's CONSTANT. It ruins the experience on iPhone and makes it feel like I'm using the free version of Spotify. Long story short, it's annoying.

I am seeing "merch" spam on Spotify Desktop now... I really wish this would stop. I have been tempted to cancel this service for many months now due to the incessant podcast spam, but this might be the straw that breaks the proverbial camel's back.....  stop. trying. to. sell. me. stuff.
