My Question or Issue

When using the Mix feature after customizing a playlist with transitions, effects and EQ settings, the app sometimes forgets those customizations entirely.
The issue appears inconsistently but can be temporarily resolved by opening the customization view between the affected tracks and then closing it again without making any changes. After doing this, the mix plays back correctly as intended.
This workaround is not ideal and suggests the settings are not being saved or loaded reliably. A fix should ensure that all custom transitions, effects and EQ settings are persistently stored and correctly applied every time the mix is played, without requiring manual intervention.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Could you share with us if this only occurs for specific playlists or any playlists where you've applied custom transitions?
We'd also like to know if clearing your cached data as shown in this support article would make this behaviour better in any way.
