[Mobile] Playlist Folder Visibility

Some Background

I've created a massive folder on my computer, but when I go to my phone, all of the playlists are *poof* gone. Even when I try to add songs to various playlists, those of which are in the folder are not apparent. If I sort by downloads, all of the playlists reappear (the ones in the folder, but I still can't add songs to them).

My Question

Where do I go to see playlist folders on my phone? Is there a way to add songs to the playlists after putting them in a folder on my phone?
