Multiple Devices - iPad to iPhone

Multiple Devices - iPad to iPhone

Hi,

 

I am a Premium subscriber. My problem is when I stream music on my iPad through Spotify, the music does not appear in "My Library" when I log into the Spotify App on my iphone6. 

 

I want to be able to access all my spotify songs on both my iPhone and iPad. (Both of these are appearing when I select Offline Devices on my account info)

 

Can anyone please advise?

Try logging out of the Spotify app on your iPhone, and then log back in.

 

Also try to reinstall the app on your iPhone

 

If you still don't see your music,

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Does this happen both over Wi-Fi and cellular data?
