1. App continually crashes after login

2. After numerous reinstalls (partially to fix the cache bug), now I have no playlists on my phone except Starred, Local, and Inbox. Both Inbox and Starred contain the files they should, but none of the playlists on my desktop are available. I have tried logging in and out via both Spotify and Facebook on both my phone and my desktop, to no avail.

3. Even in these 3 playlists, entering them and then trying to navigate usually causes the app to freeze. This isn't new-- when I COULD access playlists, I usually had to try several times just to get one to work.

 

Crashreporter has 67 crashes for Spotify. For reference, the next highest is Springboard, which has 16, all related to a conflict between 2 apps that are now removed. This is unacceptable even for a simple paid app, let alone a subscription one.

 

Really frustrated with the horrible iphone app problems. When it works, nothing can touch spotify for convenience. But with all ofthese bugs afflicting the iphone app, I'm not sure I can really justify $9.99/month.

Hey!

 

I think I might have pinpointed the issue here. Your "nycpunk1" account has a total of 3182 playlists. This is somewhat more than recommended, and sounds like the application is getting into a panic and crashing. I'd recommend trying to consolidate some of the playlists and trying the application again.

i have less than 9 playlists and a near total of 2000 songs. I have the same problem.
