Multiple issues

Whenever I try to thumb up or thumb down a song I get a message that says "Something went wrong!" It has done this since the Spotify update a few weeks ago and did it on both IOS 7 and IOS8 so it's not an apple issue. It will sometimes stop showing the album photo and information to the song/artist that is playing but will continue to play or vice versa, it will show everything and shows that the song is playing but won't actually be playing. It will also randomly stop playing a song and pressing play doesn't do anything but if I get a phone call or go in to a different app the song will start up again. I have done the clean installation and I have restarted my phone, I have updated both my phone and Spotify but still no luck.
