Music keeps being paused, sometimes an error box comes up saying my account is in use somewhere else

Music keeps being paused, sometimes an error box comes up saying my account is in use somewhere else

This has been going on for months now.
At random times of the day/night, while listening to a track, Spotify will pause, and repeatedly pause even though I'm pressing play to counter it.
Sometimes i'll get a error message telling me my account is in use somewhere else. At first I thought I had been hacked, I've changed my password several times but it keeps happening.
What is the point of paying for a premium service... very close to cancelling subscription.

I am having exactly the same problem and have been since the Sonos update that allows sonos to be used direct from the Spotify app.  Am now using Apple Music and have no issues at all with the streaming or playing through Sonos.  Will see if this gets fixed soon otherwise I will be cancelling my premium family subscription.
