Spotify won't work

I'm having issues with my Spotify. In My Library, I used to select the "Artists" option and see all of the artists of whom I have downloaded albums or songs to listen to offline.

However, now, this category has completely changed in that the Artists category is empty and simply states artists who you follow will show here.

Something has gone wrong. I have closed and restarted the app. Logged out and logged back in on numerous occasions, but nothing.

Any help?
