Spotify says it's downloading but it's not

Just got a new iPhone 7+, in the App Store Spotify says it's downloading and shows the little stop sign but it's no where to be found on my phone. I've restarted, logged out/in of iTunes and nothing will work. Any ideas appropriated!

Lost all of my songs

App started crash in ios9 so upgraded to ios10 and still crashes

Iphone6 plus 128gbHave tryed everything from deleting the app to soft resets of the phone the app crashes after startup if i uninstall it then reinstall it i can log in through facebook then when it accepts it crashes any help would be mint cheers

Send to followers: Followers not showing up

"Send to" is broken on iOS. When searching for followers, they do not show up, hence it's useless. Works fine on Desktop.
