Music not downloaded?

All of a sudden I am on a road trip and my whole library is not downloaded anymore, Okay what now? I don't have wifi and I have been using premium for months and months, never had this issue. I can't listen to anything unless I turn my data on (which I don't want to do) to download the music I have already downloaded over again. Also when I turn my phone off and on again, it's making me sign in over. What is the issue, I need music asap

Can you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you’re rocking? Also, do you have any cache-clearing apps on your device? We'll check and see what we can suggest.
