Turning off iPhone causes issue

Whenever I have to restart my iPhone 7 or turn it off, my Spotify app freezes up like it's downloading again. I am forced to delete the app and redownload it again. This causes me to lose all my offline content repeatedly. Please help!

Solved!! How to prevent Spotify from automaitically playing when I get in the car!? (iPhone).
