My Question or Issue

 I have seen a few other people on here with a similar problem to mine. When I try to listen to music that I’ve downloaded for offline play, a select few will only play. I have one playist with a little over 600 songs and some songs will play but most of them will not. All my music has the green circle with the arrow in it so its clearly downloaded(as you can see in the picture) would like to know what is going on and if theres anyway to fix this. Would really apreciate a reply, thanks.

Let's have a small check up, can you please use a different device with the same account to see if you're still experiencing the same issue ?

 

It's important so i can determine if that's a specific device issue or account related.
