Music stops all the time!

Hi,

I normally go running and put the iphone in a belt pouch. I try to listen to music in Spotify while running but it keeps stopping and playing all the time, even when the Iphone (6) is locked. I don’t know if this is because of the touchscreen that is enabled for spotify even when the phone is locked, or sometimes shaking the phone seems to be the reason why the music stops and plays again and again. Could you help me? It is a nightmare!

I’m having a similar issue, my downloaded songs keep buffering and cutting out randomly, before playing again with no warning. this is especially annoying because I usually use spotify to make sleeping playlists, but it keeps jolting me awake. i’ve also had problems with random songs not playing, seemingly with no similarities (it isn’t just explicit songs or anything like that)
