My Library / My Music - Missing from iOS

On my old Spotify account, the iOS app always had My Library as the bottom right menu option. Recently had to make a new account and that feature for new users, or so I'm told, is gone. This is a major inconvenience and has me thinking Spotify isn't going to be my paid streaming service for much longer.
