Need help for iPad Spotify

Need help for iPad Spotify

I have a premium account with Spotify and it works fine on my desktop and iPhone.  My problem is when I try to use it on my iPad  all the playlists I have downloaded for offline use have a red circle with a white exclamation mark, saying "Track Unavailable".  I have tried turning my device on and off, restarting the app and logging in and out, but nothing seems to work.  It was working fine before.  Please help me

Hey!

I've just taken a look at your account. You certainly are up and running with Premium - Try logging out and back in, ensuring you are using "rustyrhi" as your username.

I have done this several times and it still wont let me play the playlists I have download offline.  It comes up with the green arrow on the playlist to say its downloaded but the red exclamation circel on all the actual songs in the playlist

It is possible that either:

  1. The tracks have been corrupted - uninstall the app then install it again to clear the cache, and re-download the playlists.
  2. You have more than 3,333 tracks downloaded to the device - unlikely if all your tracks are showing a red mark.
  3. You have more than 3 devices with offline tracks attatched to your account - log off some of your devices if this is the case.
