Newer playlists won't sync

The last 20 or so playlists I've added to Spotify and made available offline are never there when I start Spotify. When I log in they have to reload and then I have to make them available offline again which is wasting my 3G data allowance and very annoying when I don't have any internet connection.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar? It's only happened recently and all my old playlists are still there and available offline, as are any tracks I've added to them recently. It seems to be only newer playlists that are causing the problem.
