No sound - songs not playing on iPad

Hi

I have been having problems for weeks now with spotify on my iPad not playing sound. If I close the app and restart it will sometimes play 1 song but then I can't get any more sound out of it without restarting.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and it hasn't made any difference.

I have a premium account and it is working fine on my android phone, it's just the iPad that has the problem.

How can I fix this?
