Unable to authorise account on Sonos

Unable to authorise account on Sonos

I have just updated both the Sonos and SPotify app on my Iphone 4. I now have to reauthorise my spotify account and when I try and do so it takes me to the spotify.com web page and asks me to allow pairing. When i do it comes up with 'Service Unreachable' on the spoify.com page.

 

Please can someone from Spotify help.

 

I also have to say I really dont like the fact you cant contact Spotify apart from social media and here. I am also not happy with this authorising issue as it has happened in the past. With the introduction of Apples product, I think it might be time for a change which is a shame as I have been with spotify for years.

It may be a temporary issue. Do you still have these issues?

 

Also, Spotify does have e-mail support.
