Not Downloading

I've been waiting for songs to download for half an hour and not one has downloaded, it's just saying Downloading... Waiting to download. I have set it to normal download quality and my wifi connection and download speed are easily sufficient since i have a 5GHz connection and 46.8Mbps download speed. Help would be very appreciated since i dont have much data because its not needed for me and i would not be pleased if i had to use it all for song streaming!!

I can't help, but I'm having the exact same problem for the last couple of weeks.  I've tried reinstalling the app twice and clearing all my offline devices from my Spotify account.  It still stalls randomly when downloading.  The device is on fast, stable WiFi. Planning on canceling my subscription if I can't get it fixed soon.
