Offline/Download Music Issues

Hi, I recently upgraded to spotify premium and having some issues downloading music for offline play. 

(iPhone 6 plus, 9.3 (latest spotify version)

When I bought premium I queued all my music to download on my phone on the default quality. A lot of it downloaded but there were a lot remaining queued which just wouldn't download (I tried redownloading but that wouldn't work either). I then redownloaded all my music at the highest quality and now a good majority have downloaded, but still the same issue persists for a lot of the other music.

Quick question. When heading to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage, under "Storage", how much space does your iPhone say is available?

I've got over 50gb available (128gb model). I was well aware of my storage before I posted the question
