I have 4.7 GB available and my songs will not sync for offline mode. None of which are local files . Online mode works fine . Please can someone help.

@Mrcek12 Can you check your account at spotify.com and make sure whether your account is on Spotify Premium?

Yes I do have the premium account. Some have been sync for offline mode and some hasn't . For example I have selected a album for offline mode some have sync and are available offline which have the illuminated green arrow and some have not and have the grey arrow icon. Thanks
