Offline mode

When I add new songs ro my playlist, they do not load. I have to turn in off and back on and when I do it takes weeks for it to actually start downloading them to offline.

Do you have enough free space on your device?
I recommend you to reinstall the Spotify app, let me know if the reinstall worked.

It worked! Thank you, I knew it wasn't the storage because my phone has a large capacity.
