Offline troubleshoot

For some unapparent reason the new music I add to my playlist are not downloading to offline mode and frankly it is quite aggravating not being able to use my playlist.

I attempted undownloading and reloading it again but then it stopped halfway through the playlist and more than before is unable to play offline. I have checked for updates, Internet problems and so forth.

Please tend to this ASAP.

Two things to check:
- Do you have at least 1GB of free storage space left on your device?
- How many offline tracks do you have? Spotify have a limit of 3,333 offline tracks per device.
