I paid for Spotify and it hasn’t worked at all I have data and it keeps saying I’m offline and I can’t play anything unless I’m connected to WiFi. This is so annoying so I probably will not be using Spotify again until the problem is resolved cause I can’t even listen to music.

Aw! We never want our users having this experience. This is terrible, and we want you to get the best experience.

 

Since you have the Premium Membership, you should be able and download music. 

 

Please check this help article, on how to make this work, and if any of the issues may be there.

 

Also — Please do some troubleshooting by 1) Force Stop the app, 2) Uninstall, and Reinstall the app (may need to sign in), 3) Restart the device.

 

Try one method and if it doesn’t work, try another one. Please reply if I didn’t answer your question, or if you’re still having issues.
