Over charged

Over charged

I have gotten charged twice this month. I am a student and I got charged $4.99 as well as $9.99 for this month. I was wondering if I could get the $9.99 refunded?

This did not solve my problem. I have been charged $9.99 and $4.99 this month, as a result I was wrongly charged, over charged, and double charged. I currently a college student (which was confirmed through Spotify) so the rate should be at $4.99 per month. I would like to be reimbursed my $9.99 or have it spilt and put towards two months of my premium account.
