Party 'in the mix' playlists are not visible on iPad

There is a problem with party "in the mix" crossfading playlists (e.g. the Tiesto playlist) for me - I am only able to access them on my iPhone. Those playlists are absent on my iPad, and PC (I browse to playlist -> party, they are right there on iPhone, however on the iPad I only see the regular party playlists, those without crossfades, moods etc.). How do I make them appear there?

All of my devices are 100% up to date (iOS 9.3.3, up to date Spotify, iPhone 6S and iPad Air 2). I tried reinstalling the app, and logging into Spotify again. Oh, and I don't know if this changes anything, but my region is Poland.
