My Question or Issue

I have an iPad Air 2019 that I use to control Spotify on my Windows 10 PC. The problem is that the Play/Pause button stops working after the Spotify app has been in the background for a while, and I have to close it and start it over again to get the buttons working. Any solution to this issue?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
