Playback error on iPhone 5

Playback error on iPhone 5

I've used Spotify Premium for about a year - recently switch from iphone 4 to 5. I've installed the app twice now, then downloaded a few playlists for offline mode. Both times, couldn't get it to work with this message:

 

"Audio playback error - Playback has failed miserably. You need to restart your client to play audio again. Error: 2003329296"

 

Am I the only one having the problem? How do I troubleshoot this?

Hi, is it only your offline playlists that aren't working, but everything else is fine?  Or are there other issues as well?

 

Another thing- when you go to Settings -> About, what does it say is the version?  I wonder if you're somehow downloading and installing the version for ios4, which isn't normally available, but may be if you've had it installed previously.
