Hello @Jaygarza2013 Welcome to the Community! 🙂

With Spotify you can have an account on several devices but can only play music on one device at a time whilst having control over what is played on other devices, if you have premium.

With the exception of a tablet witch can be controlled by any device without the need of premium 🙂

If you want to play on multiple devices simultaneously  you can get premium and download the songs you want to play and then set the device to "offline mode" then you can play the songs that you have made offline on that device whilst playing other songs on your other device 🙂
