Playing wrong playlist

After listening to playlist A and then putting on playlist B, if I switch from headphones to car play it will play the start of playlist A instead of continuing playlist .

• Is this only on the iPhone or on all devices?
• When did this start happening?
• Is this with any playlist or only specific one(s)?
• Does it always jump back to the playlist you played before or to the last playlist played on that device?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
