Playlist Isn't Syncing

My Question or Issue

 I have a playlist of 32 downloaded songs not on Spotify and have constantly been adding into this playlist from my Macbook. Everything was syncing perfectly fine into my phone and iPad up until two days ago where every song in the playlist disappeared on my devices except for my Macbook. I can still access the playlist on my phone and iPad but it says there's no songs in it but I can see the 32 songs in the playlist on my Macbook. I've searched for other posts on playlists not syncing and I've tried every solution I can find since two days ago but nothing seems to be working or the solution involves using functions that Spotify has since taken out. Can someone please help? Thanks.
