Hello @Zavega, welcome to the community!
Have you tried closing the app and then reopening it? Also a quick log out and then log back in will usually fix the problem, you can do this on iOS by going to three bars at the top left, then settings, then click log out. Just log back in, any settings or offline playlists will not be deleted by doing this.
