Playlist sequence

Hello, this is my first post here.
My question is if anyone knows of a way to organize playlists in a certain order on the iPhone app. Before I just moved them up and down on my computer and they would synchronize up with the iPhone app. But I don't have access to the computer client at this time.

my question doesn't pertain to organizing individual tracks within an existing playlist. That's easy.

I mean how do I move a whole playlist up or down within my list of playlists? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately to my knowledge the desktop client is the only way to do this (since you can't move playlists on the web player either).
