Playlist syncing

Hello,

I created a playlist on my laptop (spotify application) which contains 54 songs, and changed the order of some songs afterwards. On my iPhone (spotify app) it has only partially synced - It contain 37 songs despite saying 54 and the order is different from that on my laptop. I tried signing out of my account, updating the app, and searching through my playlist options to no effect.

Does anyone know why this playlist isn't syncing? I used to be a big fan listening to my music on Youtube playlists and am frustrating and contemplating switching back because of this minor yet frustrating error. I'm paying $15 a month for this not to work! Any advise would be much appreciated, thank you.
