Playlists Won't Sync

When I try to sync my playlists for offline listening, the progress wheel at the side of the track goes away after a few seconds. It doesn't work even after restarting the app. What is going on?

Strange, do you have at least 1GB of free storage space?

In Usage it says 3.9 GB.

Nevermind. I cleared the photo cache on my computer and synced my phone to it again and now it appears to be working. I have had issues before with the photo cache taking up space and not showing up in usage. Thank you for helping me!
