Possible percent encoding bug [MacOS, iOS]

Making a search request with the a percent (%) character seems to break searches on the iOS and Desktop (MacOS) app.

Possibly related to this issue, You cannot open Podcasts with a '%' in the title. Trying to open the podcast '99% Invisible' results in an error message on the iOS app and the same podcast will not display in your followed podcasts on the MacOS app.
