No it says the free version. I have been using premium for a while and don't under stand why all of a sudden it's stopped working, I have had a new bank card recently but my sort code and account number are the same so payments shouldn't be affected. I'm a little worries if I put my details in again it will charge me twice. Any ideas Cheers
If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to look at your account and see if there are any active subscriptions going on. If your online overview says free and you are definitely sure its the right account then it sounds like your most recent payment might have failed to be processed, if so you should have got an email about it.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
