Premium account problems

Premium account problems

I've completed every step, but I still do not have the premium account that I paid for it sais on the website under receipts that I have a valid premium account but on the iOS app is sais free. what else is there that I can do. this I just rediculous I pay money and I'm not even able to use what I pay for.

Please, try to logging out/logging in.

First try logging out of the app, and then log bac, in.

Update:

 

There is currently a problem that is causing premium to not activate.

 

This should be fixed soon.

Ya it's funny how there **bleep**s broke but they can still charge

@wiest & @Spotmeone5 could you please restart your app and let us know if Premium is working for you? Thanks!

It does not work still!!!

Hey @KarinME everything looks okay on your account. Have you tried a clean reinstallation
