Premium not recognized on iPhone

Hello. Like many people, I'm having difficulty getting Spotify to recognize my account as premium on iPhone 5. The responses that I have seen recommend logging out and back yet, which I have done. Other responses indicated conflicts with the person's Facebook account, but I do not have my Facebook account connected to Spotify. Help?

I just bought the premium account a couple hours ago and it still is not showing up on my iphone 4s as a premium. I've tried logging in and out, that doesn't work.

iPhone application isn't recognizing my premium account. Looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. Want to be able to get my playlists on my phone. Thanks!
