Premium not working

I paid for the premium for just Php9 using my debit card, I was charged when I checked my account but still I could not go into offline mode and subscription is still free. I tried logging out and logged in again, still does not work. I deleted the spotify app on my iphone and re-installed it, still doesn't work. When I tried to clicke the offline mode, it prompted me to go premium again for just Php0.99 so I entered my account details again trying to subscribe on that premium. But still doesn't work. When I checked my savinngs account, I am charged with Php47.42. How can I get out of this hell. This app is not working correctly. I am afraid it will charge me monthly after 3 months when in fact i wasn't able to use it. Please fix this!
