Premium not working

Premium not working

My account online is premium, it says it very clearly on my account screen. When I use Spotify on my iPhone it's not registering as a premium account. Any advice? Thanks

First, could you check confirm your account status on your iPhone by going here:


If it shows premuim can you please sign out, then clear the cache. Sign back in and see if that resolves issue. If not please try a reinstall of the app and see if that fixes it. (Only if your status shows premium).

Try signing out of the Spotify app and then signing back in, and if that doesn't work I would contact a Spotify rep.
