Premium not working

Premium not working

I have a premium account but when ever I log in via Facebook or spotify log in and try to play a song it keeps telling me that only premium subscriptions can use this feature.

I've already tried all things mentioned in that post. It still does not work.

There are a lot of other posts popping up on the community about this. 

Fingers crossed it is just a temporary delay and it will correct itself.

I am having the same issue. I set up my premium trial on my computer but when I log in on my phone it states only premium can use the feature. Did I have to set up the premium trial through my phone instead of teh computer?

I'm considering canceling this subscription all together. I have more problems out of this app than any other pay to play app I have. The screen freezes and incredibly slow load times are ridiculous.

I just upgraded to premium and it's not working either. The worst part is that there is NO HELP from anyone at Spotify, and I feel like I just wasted 9.99 on something that isn't going to work. I'm really frustrated right now. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET THE darn THING TO WORK? 

I just upgraded to the premium free trial but it's not letting me stream from my phone

I've paid for Premium and if I click "upgrade" in Spotify now it says I have an active Premium-account. However I canno't use Spotify on my iPhone, when I click on a song (they are all marked "light grey") it says I need premium for on-demand mobile streaming? When I open Spotify on my computer it says just "Spotify" in the grey box instead of "Spotify Premium" wich it did the last time I purchased a Premium account.
