Premium upgrade purchased through iTunes not recognised

Premium upgrade purchased through iTunes not recognised

I purchased 1 month premium upgrade on my iPad via my iTunes account and got an email receipt confirming the purchase from iTunes.  This was 2 weeks ago.  My spotify account appears to have no record of this purchase at all.  Before posting this message I have deleted the app on my iPad and upgraded/reinstalled the latest app, logged out/in without any change in my account status.

Just to confirm, $14.99 has been taken out of my iTunes account and no matter how I view my spotify account (iPad/iphone or via internet browser) it still shows that I only have FREE access and not the premium I purchased.

Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to contact iTunes directly for them to cancel and/or refund the invalid charge

 

Or you can contact Spotify Support directly https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/, you probably have another account with another email address.
