Mine wont recognize my premium account either any help would be appreciated.
My account shows I have the premium version, but the app says its the free version. I have installed and uninstalled the app more times then I care to think about. I have used the facebook login way, as well as the Spotify login way with username and password yet it still says its free. Please help..
I just upgraded to the premium account but now it wont work on my iphone 4s. When I try to select a song on my playlist it tells me only premium users can stream on demand, which I am. So I dont know why it is not working. HELP!!!!

There is some fault with servers, so updating to paid account is slow. Apologize for that.
However all of you should receive Premium or Unlimited update soon.
You can also try clearing your cache in Spotify or reinstalling it or Log out and then Log in back trick in Spotify from File.

Seems I can now play musc on my iPhone and iPad but there not available offline :s

Good start. However you need to download playlists first for Offline before you can listen those without internet.
Internet or wifi needed for downloading Offline content.

It's not downloading that's the thing, it just says error has occurred and some song can't be synced but it's not some songs its all of them! 😞

Hey, I've been a Premium user for about 8 or 9 months. My payment and credit card are up to date, I checked for phone updates, I highly doubt I have two accounts but for some reason I can't seem to play songs on my iphone anymore. When I click play the songs just stay at 0:00 time.

Spotify premium won't work all of a sudden. I have had an account for some years, and now it won't work !
I have tried on my computer, and it won't work offline and the commercials are back!
