Premium won't work

I upgraded to premium, however it does not work... I have tried logging in and out several times but that does not seem to solve the issue! Please help!

This sounds odd. First, can you check here if it shows you up as a Premium subscriber?

• If it does, then try re-installing your app.
• If not, you should use the contact form to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff to take a look into this for you. Please make sure in that case to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply!
