Premium wont work

I just upgrades to premium with a working card and it wont work and ive already logged and out and logged back in at least 20 times... This is bullshot

There is an ongoing issue today regarding the account upgrade procedure, its discussed in this topic.

The staff are aware of the issue so hopefully a fix will be here soon.

It's not helpful, there are discussions on this topic dating back to january, fix the goddamn problem, or stop promoting the service, and don't tell me it's just a trial anyway because I had been planning on signing up prior to hearing about a trial, and was going to continue after the trial, but not if I can't use a service I'm signed up for
