I renewed my Spotify subscription for $12.99 through iTunes two days ago. I was charged for it, but my Spotify has not transitioned to Premium yet. I have deleted and redownloaded the app twice. I have tried logging in with different usernames and email and passwords. Although I still get no response. The only bizarre thing is that when I look at my subscriptions on iTunes, it has two different Spotify subscriptions. One of them says active and the other says expired.
